You will get a quote according to the information provided. If you do not have all the information, you can get in touch with us via the Contact Us page. Once you have decided to proceed, you can submit the details and follow the next steps to finalize the sale.

We want to make sure that our quotes and prices are the best you can get. They are updated regularly based on market analysis and competitive offers. We check rates and prices daily for any changes, and also compare them with other businesses.

If there is an error or mistake with the valuation, you can generate a request for correction, or email us before confirmation. When we decide that the estimate needs to be changed, we will notify you instantly. You will be given 3-5 working days to agree to it. If there is no reply, we will go ahead and process the sale. In case, you decline the offer, your laptop will be returned to you.

Step 2

Before you send the laptop for shipping, just take the following steps.

  • Turn off the Password Setting. If you are unsure of how to go about this, just follow the machine’s instruction manual.
  • Clean and delete your data. Your personal pictures and documents should be removed from the laptop’s storage. If it’s possible, restore it to the original factory settings.

We only provide cash for used laptops and do not share or sell any of our customer’s private data. Before the device is shipped off to another location, we wipe it again and reset it as well. You can therefore be assured of the safety of your data.

If your hard drive is giving problems, there are signs that you can look out for.
Your computer will start to lag; the data is gets corrupted, and the machine might make noises as well.
Check for these signs and also find out more technical details that could help you from your manual.

The details will be on the box of the machine. If you do not have it, just go into your computer’s settings and look up ‘About the PC’.

The model number is written or printed below the laptop. If you cannot find it, get in touch with us via text or email, and we’ll guide you.

We will provide you with a shipment label when you confirm and agree to the pricing estimate. If you want, you can include additional paperwork with your laptop like ownership, receipts, manuals, warranty, or similar documents. It is not a requirement to send it.

When you sell your used laptop to us, you get a quote based on the information given at the time you use our website. We want to keep this process simple and easy for everyone. It’s why we don’t provide any custom quotes or revise them for upgraded laptops.

Step 3

When you confirm that you accept the quote to sell laptop computer to us, you will be sent the shipping details with tracking ID.
You have to pick an option of your choice and then we will send the label for printing according to that. Secure the machine in a box, wrap it up with padding and drop it off to the location of your shipping provider that can be UPS or USPS.
You can track the order by logging into your account.

Once you have accepted the sale of your used laptop, you will be sent a free shipping label via email and in your member’s account as well. You can print this label which you will have to attach to the shipping box.

Our shipping is free so you do not have to pay anything to ship your laptop to us. The insurance you will get is for up to a $100. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the laptop during transportation. To avoid this, just make sure that the packaging is very secure and labeled fragile.

It depends on the selection of the shipment provider. If you choose your shipment by USPS, then you can drop the package off at any location for USPS or you can even hand the package to your mail delivery person. If the shipment is to be sent via UPS, then you can drop it off at any of their locations or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

We have a shipment limit for selling used laptops that will be stated on the shipping label. If your package is heavier than that, the provider will make the adjustment and charge the additional weight.

You do not need to worry about it. Once we receive the used laptop and inspect it, you will get an updated and revised estimated based on the new information.

If you have a shipping label but have not sent your device, then you do not need to cancel any transaction. But if it’s shipped and then you want to cancel the order, you can send us an email and we can help you out.

No. We give cash for selling laptops to contribute to the recycling industry in a positive way. There is no fees charged for selling your laptop.

You can get paid via PayPal, Check, Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle. Just select any of the options and you will be sent the payment within four hours of us receiving your used laptop.
